1. Terms and Information

1.1 What You Can Sell

You may sell the following items:

• Antiques, Vintage, Retro, Curios
• Jewellery, Ceramics, Glass, Pottery, Kitchenalia
• Toys, Militaria, Collectables, Clocks, Watches, and more

We reserve the right to reject any items we consider unsuitable.

1.2 Prohibited Items

The following items must not be sold in our shop:

• Food and perishable goods
• Counterfeit or pirated products
• Sharp objects or weapons
• Tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or medication
• Toxic, flammable, or hazardous substances
• Adult entertainment products
• Dirty, moisture-damaged, or contaminated items
• Electrical items

 

Sellers are fully liable for any prohibited items that result in personal injury or property damage.

2. Commission & Payments

2.1 Commission

• A 10% commission is charged on all items sold from your shop / shelves or cabinet.

 

2.2 Payment to Vendors

• Payments for sold goods are made via electronic bank transfer directly to your nominated bank or building society account on the first working day of each month.
• Vendors can track their monthly sales and update their bank details via their sales portal.
• It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their bank details are accurate and up to date. Lincoln Antiques Centre is not responsible for delays due to incorrect account information.

 

2.3 Unit Rental Payments

• Rent is due monthly on the 1st of the month and must be paid by standing order.
• One month's notice is required before the 1st of the month to vacate by the last day of the same month.
• An annual rent review takes place at the beginning of each year.

 

3. Labels & Selling

• Each seller has a unique account on Zellr to create labels, track sales, and receive payments.
• If sellers are unable to print labels, we can provide printed labels upon request at a small charge.

 

4. Insurance & Liability

• Lincoln Antiques Centre carries full Public Liability Insurance, but this does not cover stock.
• Dealers must ensure they have appropriate insurance for their goods.
• Lincoln Antiques Centre accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

4.1 Missing Items, Theft, & Damage

• While we provide a secure shopping environment, we do not offer reimbursement or compensation for stolen, lost, or damaged goods.
• Sellers must ensure that all items are properly labelled and comply with relevant safety and trading regulations.
• We reserve the right to remove any unsuitable items from sale.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

• The seller grants permission for the store to accept and process returns and refunds as per this agreement.
• Customers have 28 days from receipt of cancellable goods to request a return or exchange.
• All refunds will be paid directly to the customer.
• If a seller has already been paid for refunded goods, they must reimburse Lincoln Antiques Centre for the refunded amount within one working week.

 

6. Social Media Promotion

• As part of our services, we will promote shops, cabinets, and items through our social media channels.
• By signing this agreement, you consent to us using images and descriptions of your items for promotional purposes.

 

7. Working

Sellers are required to work 1 weekend in every 2 months as part of your contract.
